If you're building a Colosseum you can make a dungeon underneath near the spawner with some zombies trapped in cages
You can't get any more Roman than Rome itself, and I'm guessing St. Peter's Basilica. It's beautiful! It's huge! It has a dome! It's white (ish)! I just can't remember if you said it would be ancient, 'cause St. Peter's is only about 400 years old I think.
