  1. If you still have troubles, see if the following is all correct:

    Unzip the file linked in the description to a folder called 1_19_deep_dark_experimental_snapshot-1.
    Make sure that the JSON file is in AppDataRoaming.minecraftversions1_19_deep_dark_experimental_snapshot-1 and that there are no other folders in between.
    Make sure that in the installations modded is checked.

    I don't have a mac, so sadly I can't help you there.
    This does not work on bedrock edition, just on java edition!
