    Great video, enjoyed it a lot. The diamond luck is because Mojang boosted the rates after 1.20 came out. Maybe in 1.20.3 or .4

    Couple of tips for your next (couple of) episode(s):

    1) Stripped wood is the best wood!
    2) Get a shield, you're playing hardcore man (and get a bow)!
    3) Turn those diamonds into diamond gear
    4) Go to the nether roof and get a starter lava based hoglin farm there, tons of cooked porkchops in no time at all, plus lots of leather. Look into update suppression to break bedrock (ChaosBlend has a good video on this) or have two portals close to base for getting either above or below roof depending on your needs.
    5) Make small sugarcane farm and starter creeper farm (chapman creeper farm, 1-2 layers near base so you don't have to AFK)
    6) Get basic enchants on your diamond gear

    7) Make a starter iron farm (IanXOFour)
    8) Either do a raid at a village (lock up villagers) or make a small raid farm to get a couple of totems into your pockets.
    9) Defeat dragon, get elytra, few shulker boxes, maybe you get good luck with getting some diamonds or diamond gear from the end cities.
    10) Make enderman farm to get xp source, get good enchants on gear, get mending villager
    11) Make stacking raid farm (ianxofour) for near-infinite totems and emeralds
    12) I would at this point probably build gold farm (ianxofour) and then bartering farm (ianxofour), now you have nether xp as well as gravel, obsidian, quartz, string and more. Using the obsidian you can make shulker farm (ianxofour) get help you stay organized.
    13) Now I would make nether fortress farm (peer pressure farm from ianxofour) to get infinite fuel in the form of blaze rods and coal, infinite bone meal from the bones and of course tons of wither skeleton skulls. Then I would get a stack of beacons, and leave those everywhere. You can also look into upgrading your iron farm. With the infinite fuel from the fortress farm you could look into a tnt duping cobblestone farm, which you can then smelt to stone and stone bricks so you don't have to spend ages mining. Also build tree farm (ianxofour again) so you dont have to spend time chopping trees and you now have the bone meal to power it).

    I know all of the above doesn't involve tons of "aesthetic building" but in the long run you should be:

    a) more protected with totems and good gear thus keeping your hardcore season running for much much longer than you usually do <3
    b) able to execute more quickly on your ideas because you have to grind less, especially stone and wood is handled almost automatically
    c) stay much more organized due to having infinite shulker boxes without having to do automatic storage system
