an idea: you should make a sleeping capsule ! OR put villagers into the capsules so it fits well to the robotic theme-lab
Since you can breath underwater why not try building structures underwater which only you can access so if other people come visit they have to drink water breathing

I love the idea of the "industrial building" being modular cubes. One big cube as the main storage and other cubes (big or small) tacked on for every new farm(connected with piping to storage room) until it is a massive tower of random cubes (maybe even similar in shape to end cities/chorus tree)
