People have always debated between which version of minecraft is best, minecraft java or minecraft bedrock. While I don’t really have a strong stance on the issue, I think both sides definitely have their strengths and weaknesses. Today though, I want to take a look at minecraft bedrock edition’s exclusive features because a lot of them are very interesting. These are exclusive blocks, items, mechanics, easter eggs, and so much more! So join me as I go over Minecraft Bedrock Edition’s INCREDIBLE Exclusive Features.

  1. You used to be able to place buttons on top of fences, but in the most recent update of bedrock they removed it for some reason, which is sad because they made fences look better.

  2. Hang on a second, isn't the combat different? That's a pretty big change. Or maybe I'm an idiot and it was mentioned somewhere in the video.

Edit: Also is it just me or did "VOTE CRAB" flash on the screen for one frame when he said dry bones for smash?

  3. Thank you for being open for Bedrock and seeing the cool stuff from it!
Lately Mojang has just been removing the cool stuff Bedrock for parity instead of adding the cool stuff from Java into Bedrock 😭

  4. He forgot the fact that that was the Wither on EASY MODE, not including the fact that most mobs increase in hp the higher the difficulty. With some of them being the boss mobs.
Meaning, a hard mode Wither is DEVASTATING in comparison to that easy mode counterpart. I don't think Hardcore mode for Bedrock Edition would be fair, especially when fighting the ONLY BOSS that CAN'T be cheesed!! You can't keep this boss contained using the bedrock from the End's portal in that dimension.

  5. The Wither being buffed to have all of Bedrock’s abilities and health as well as Java’s regeneration should be in hard mode in both versions, it would be a great fight and make getting beacons appropriately hard

  6. One thing that annoys me whenever I see Java Edition after being used to Bedrock is that sheeps' faces always have the white wool color, no matter what their body color is. It's nice to dye a sheep blue and see its face wool match in Bedrock.

  7. 13:22 the reason why multiple head drops is better is to counter the spawn rate in wither skeleton farms in bedrock compared to java. As you might know, mob spawning is very bad in bedrock, while it works at super speeds in java.

However, the multiple head drop feature allows us to have lots of wither skeletons collected in the same space and exploded, so that we get 100% skull drops per wither skeleton. Java farms being superfast nearly catch up to this rate, but its just satisfying when the explosion leaves behind 5 stacks of skeleton heads.

  8. Haha, bedrock’s frequent parity changes causes yet another video about it to have confusion.

Yeah, 1.20.30 was remarkably huge in surprisingly small ways. All those crafting changes were true, just changed literally three weeks ago.
