  1. 2:42 to make netherite a significant achievement, how about theh also make it actually better than diamond? they have like 25% more durability and 1 more damage, that's a lot smaller than even level 1 enchantments, which are WAY easier to obtain.

  2. Would have been so cool if they would have actual benifits like the etchings or idk how they're called in tinker's construct mod, you add a material to weapons and you get a little boost…. Having this for decoration is cool but to me it seems like another wasted potential like not adding actual bosses in the nether update/ deep dark.

  3. Considering the way to upgrade from Diamond to Netherite now uses a unique item with its icon noticeably distinct from the trim templates, I wonder if this means they might add other functional Upgrade Templates later?

  4. in a future would be cool that these items improve iron, gold and chain armor with duranility and protection of diamond because these item are made of diamonds so it would be logic if they are consumed when are combined with armor.
Because i dont think player will fight using armor which arent dimond or netherite.

  5. 1:55 & 1:37 This is FREAKING STUPID!
Netherite armor & ingots are ALREADY not worth getting, nut now it ALSO requires SEVEN diamonds too (technically 7/2 = 3.5 diamonds, but that is still too much).
They should rename Minecraft to "Grindcraft"
2:55 & 3:21 Oh, and you can't just craft the template whenever you have got ALL those resources, you also need to go on an "aDvEnTuRe" with a 4.8% chance of success πŸ–•πŸ€¬πŸ‘Ž

  6. with armor trimming i really feel like yhey should introduce vanity armor or something like they have in terraria, so that everyone can really have it look how you want instead of just having netherite with a different trim when you get to late game

  7. I would like to see the ability to add items as decorations to the helmet. You could use the templates to do it. Items like feathers, tridents, blocks. Kind of like an item frame on the sides or front of the helmet maybe the back also. You could also put it on the shoulders. This could also be an easy way to mark teams.

  8. Man, the grind for netherite is going to be a late- late game thing, because I dont go to the nether unless absoluteley necesary. For me, 'sploring the Nether is a full on expedition akin to the ones in Danmachi

  9. I feel like the trim templates shouldn't be consumable, but like reusable banner patterns. Don't like that a purely cosmetic item is so easy to accidentally consume :/

And that the cost of the netherite templates should be reduced. I've found that it's harder to find diamonds than it is to find netherite. Wouldn't be surprised if it leaves a lot of less skilled players out of the netherite club.

  10. I really like that this can lead to great customization, I sorta thought half of these sets looked ugly- but when you consider that you can just have a normal set with one trimmed piece of armor, or just choose many combination to make a pleasant to looking at set- it's really not bad. you can make a set look ugly, but that's the natural downside of giving plenty of options/customization, so if anything, it means they are on the right track.(let's just hope they make it more common- it'd be perfect if bartering with Armorer or Leatherworker gave access to at least a 3rd of the potential templates. giving you some that are as rare and hard to acquire as bartering/farming for mending, or a little less time consuming… and making you have to actively explore/search for the rest.)
