So hear me out The gardens of Babylon but in the middle of the ocean with the the style you're going after that would look really cool and would make a lot of sense for food and you could essentially connected to the mountains to make it look like it's holding it down

I know this isn’t really your thing but I think it might be kinda interesting to see you do minecraft challenges like “Minecraft, but I start in the nether” or “Minecraft, but mobs grow every minute”

To help out with the mob proofing/ protecting the villagers, you could make "smog" with gray toned stained glasses. Might be cool and might help sort of encase the roof area above the village so mobs can't fall down into it. I am sure you could figure out a way to make that idea work, better, or whatnot. <3 your vids keep up the great work!

why don't you do the city in the mountain, that way it's mob proof for the villagers and they can roam free ?

for the villagers, its a bit of work but i like to do a subterranean garden with little houses so all my villagers are in one place & safe while it isn’t an ugly boring trading hall
Haven't watched the video yet, but wanted to say that the thumbnail of the house makes it look like a lama a little bit 😀
For villagers roaming free you could find a plains or some open area to start a new city with as little amplified features as possible and build a Simpson styled glass dome over the top 😂
Maybe as you said pirate, the storyline could be that the pirates are stealing the wood, and bringing it here to horde it, great to see you having fun
I think that some sort of water-powered crane in the new build to steam-punk it a little more would be cool

I have an idea for what we coudl do on this world… While the builds itself are pretty darn epic, it'd be fun to add a bit more of a story to the world… I'm thinking somthing incan or mayan, like ur second XLife base.You could make it like an archeology site, and it could be something that leads down to maybe a sugarcane or bamboo farm or smt! if not the same incan style, something spanish / meditarranean could be nice… Also, if you happened to find another flat-ish area, maybe you could create small mud huts or the same incan or meditarranean style for a small village! (these r just my 2 odd cents, i know u probs wont read this but itd be cool for me at least, seeing the blend of the styles in ur one big jungle)

I was thinking about a book I read recently it included sky pirates, I know that it doesn’t really work with the low flat area but Wayne the cliffs?
That is an amazing build i love it
mediterranean builds dont usually have triangular roofs, they usually are just flat,,, atleast the old kinda builds.. and rooftops/open tops are common..
I think making a dilapidated dock for airships with a pub at the top would be cool with this base being pirate themed
