Dried kelp blocks are good for fuel in the furnace

Mushroom blocks aren't useless. If you are in creative and wanna build a house before you go in survival but don't want mobs (but you dont wanna be in peaceful) find a mushroom shores biome or something like that and build a mushroom house
Frost walker is usefull in the nether. It has nothing to do with lava, but you dont take damage from magma blocks with this enchantment.

#11 doesn't really make any sense… Why go through the effort of putting them on a villager and make it unnecessarily more complicated when you can just… put the boots on yourself. Sure you might have to swap out your regular boots but it's only temporarily.
