I think it was right after horses released, at least on Pocket Edition, because I remember having horses but no saddles. Also, chests didn’t work in my version. I also played with my father before 1.12 on an old version on an Xbox One (I still remember the tutorial world)

On my brithday 21th may 2013 i got minecraft and played it till this day. The version was 1.5.2 and since then I've never had pc without minecraft
