im a massive fan of building and i really think plains with a village is a good spawn
ive found an incredible thing in my hardcore world. the seed is -3681731454290102330 and on coordinates -965 68 1632 three shipwrecks spawned in eachother.
Best seed is for java 4472 two village in 0 -300 and nearly stronghold is exposed
