Okay so I love both a lot and this is mainly because of the pokemon series master journeys but I am just going to have to say that cinderace is the GOAT and I mean it ever since that generation came out cinderace has just been my number one favorite starter pokemon and second in line is charizard… cinderace hits like a truck and I also just love him and well ash's lucario too in the anime I mean those two were best friends but sometimes they just were at each others throats too but they were the best team! and that is also why in pixelmon I always have a cinderace and a lucario on my team because not only do I love battling with them but I also just love their personalities in the different pokemon animes too and other video games! mega absol though that pokemon is gorgeous! and it's funny too because the biome I generally like to build my base in, in pixelmon spawns absol too but it also spawns riolu! and another one of my favorite dragon types which is jangmo-o and it's evolution line!
    here is a list of my top 10 favorite pokemon:
    1. Cinderace
    2. Lucario
    3.Ampharos(preferably shiny)
    4. Dragonite
    5. Rayquaza
    6. Gengar(especially its Gmax form!)
    7. Greninja
    8. Suicune ( we share a special bond there was this roblox game called pokemon brick bronze that I religiously played and Suicune was the first ever legendary I encountered AND caught and not only that but I had a REPEL on and the dude was like well imma interupt your storymode exploring anyways!)
    9. Eternatus( I have a hardcore mode pixelmon world and Eternatus spawned on the first nighttime cycle I had and he caught in the first duskball I threw at him which was way to lucky 😂)
    10. Mew (solely based upon the pokemon animes but also because mew literally is cloned into the most OP pokemon ever if you are lucky but back in the 1.12 addition I used to pray to get two dittos because then I would breed both of those dittos to get mystery pokemon eggs which was really fun!)
