  1. "I cheated for the speedrun-community, bringing attention to it to other players."

I'm sorry, how is that even an argument? Someone needs to cheat to say "Hey everyone, look at this great game!"

  2. "You don't understand, I robbed that bank to show people that the value of money is less than the value of living your life to its fullest! I'm the good guy, here!"

  3. Claiming he cheated in order to bring attention to Minecraft speedruns is like saying "Officer, why are you giving me a ticket? I drove through all of those red lights in order to draw attention to the fact that the lights are there!"

  4. I will never get why these cheaters don't just cheat once or twice and then call it a day once they get a record. Why do they KEEP doing it constantly? It just increases the chance you will eventually get caught. It seems smarter to just sprinkle it in and then go legit.

  5. "I cheated 'cause the game needed more views, but instead of saying this after the 1st evidence I lied. Doesn't matter guys, I promise you I'm the good guy in all this"
Man I'm starting to believe Minecraft speedrunning is curse with cheaters. Who would have dreaaaamed about it, right?

  6. For someone who doesn't speedrun anything, i spend far too much time listening to the compelling scandal and rampant corruption in the top levels because of the hard hitting work of Karl Jobst.
