though what i loath about them is not ther existence ,i actually like that apect… what i loath is that mojang aka microsoft now i guess only gives un-moded gameplay the most obnoxious way to defend agenst them.. just as they did agenst creeepers!
..got decades of mods showing how turrets , or crafted golems can work at a 'proactive' way now… and yet if i try play without mods ''apart from a map one because fk whom ever thought the minecraft in world maps is useful for anything…or how the fact they are so useless is a reason why you DONT want to explore..in a game saying 'adventure & exploration' is part of it!''…. ehm… and yet if i try play without mods , i have to TURN MY SHELTER INTO A DAM CRAZY CAT LADY HOUSE! to keep it safe from 'griefing' styled mobs…
whats so fking wrong with sticking a cross bow on a golems arm or teaching it how to toss fireballs and either wander around..or stand sentienl and attack anything hostile in range.. or… unknown in range such as a troll griefer that pretends 'pvp' is a excuse for ther manners ?
I give it two episodes tops before Duncan gets the cat killed.
it took me 14 minutes into the episode before i remembered the destined fate of every cat Duncan has ever tamed. everyone start your episode counters and place your bets!
so thankful for Harry helping Ben and Duncan through this modpack, stopped watching Duncan's other series cause i just couldn't stand watching them die over and over again and not learning from their mistakes

It should be noted that, while you can fish in a villager farm, you probably shouldn't, since it won't have enough water blocks to actually optimize your fishing.

I like Ben's playstyle – preferring to build a house and sort through chests over the pressure of the vaults. I can relate.
Also, Duncan's cat could be quite useful since they scare away phantoms!

just as a heads up, this mod takes a long time to progress, you can turn the exp multiplier up, but that also means the game will get hard faster
