Instead of chest in the alchemy room you can use Colored shulker boxes 📦?
You should use the water that is coming down from the waterfall to fill a cauldron. You can make it so there is water above the cauldron and use a stalactite so it drips into the cauldron that’s next to the mossy cobblestone walls in your lab.
