  1. The build is giving Elden Ring vibes, and I love it. The staircase being unfinished to the ground could actually be really neat… FInish the staircase, but leave a chunk missing like it fell away as if its aged and it would give ti a haunting effect as if youre stumbling across the ruins of some great past civilization.

  2. If resource gathering is holding you back from creating I'm 100% ok with the world switching over to creative. And speaking of collaborative building, it would be sweet if there was an adventure/survival map made by all the best builders and redstoners; I'd love to play a CTM with legit crazy atmosphere and builds.

  3. Hmmm. Ah. The crater by your main backdrop. You are seeing it as a large closed dome of a hill…nope. see the open area? Like..some other realistic areas, it could easily be a cliff edge. Doesn't always need to look like a hill or mountian every time. Then, a smaller build with a cool steep walkway behind and dug into the top… might make it pop. Could even be a cool mine entrance. Just a different viewpoint

  4. since its a bit like a ruined castle, you could make the stairway leading up to the doorway more collapsed, with a ruined bridge at the bottom, to make it look like there once was a pathway with a bridge leading up to the castle, which has now collapsed

  5. Have you read Ruin Lust by Brian Dillon? It's very short but I think you'd like it.

Beautiful work as always Bdubz. Maybe in the vein of Ruin Lust the entry path could be collapsed from neglect and large shifted sections of earth. Like in survival you have to jump to get over the gaps.
