  1. You have to decide if you are against censorship or not. You cannot complain that guns are banned and then say that it is ok to prohibit gambling and pornography. All censorship is violation of human rights and is evil.

  2. Digital guns need to be licensed don’t they? Must be why you were shut down. You’ve said nothing about the legal implications of video game guns.

It’s apparently “been a symbiotic arrangement for both parties for decades.”

you’re mainly just sticking a bunch of unlicensed digital guns to Mojang’s intellectual property.

  3. Mojang deserves to have their asses wooped; and honestly? If Minecraft collapsed along with all of its servers, nothing of value would be lost. The updates scarcely add content, and the multiplayer community is managed horribly. The lifeblood of the game, the modding community and the private server community, as well as the loving players who want to play with their friends will keep the game alive and well.

  4. Lawyers genuinely are just greedy bastards or inexperienced.

When my mum hired a lawyer (we were literally homeless and she spend all the money we had on it, so big deal) she asked them questions about going to court. their exact words were "that's a legal issue, and I can't answer that" THATS LITERALLY WHY WERE HIRING YOU!! We wasted the only money we had and cried 👍

  5. Soo if you have to be basically a corprate enity to be binded by a eula these goverments are basically just saying that whatever the fuck you do on the platform cannot legally be punished by the company because you never actually agreed to said contracts time to start a rebelion lol because there wording of the words means if your not a actual cosumer your not binded by any contracts on any game its not ment to be used that way but since every game uses a contract that the goverments say can really only be signed by a corprate enity it means hey we cant really get involed because your not actualy bounded by anything because of the fact your not a corprate entity so do whatever the fuck you want oh another thing since minecraft offers service to alot more then a single country they should be able to be tried under international law as they affect alot more then a singular country but not any damn country is actually a effective goverment so no one would really care

  6. That’s quite a lot of clouded judgement and dead jargon.

You wouldn’t like it if you had a peaceful video game and a bunch of modders starting to panhandle after giving out virtual gun hacks.

No different than a calling to arms in a quiet village because you got ripped off in the black market.

  7. I feel sorry for the people who crowd funded this case. It's a private business and unless it causes harm to consumers (it doesn't in this case), Mojang can run their business however they please. He should make his own game, I think he would find success.
