Bro the mistake in mob spawner is u have to kill them from 1 block underneath them (in yours it is 2) so that's why when u go to kill them skeletons saw u and shoot the arrow and if the arrow hits a creeper and that creeper survives your sword swing then he will blow up so kill them from 1 block underneath them not two.
