The Mushroom Fields are a staple of Minecraft at this point. After many suggestions to build this in LEGO, my rendition of a Mushroom Island is here, taking up the equivalent of an entire Minecraft chunk!

Now that the expansion is getting pretty long, you should start expanding from the back, it would be great. I think there's potential to add more to the mineshaft from episode 6: the badlands. I would love to see an amethyst geode off to the side along with a cave spider spawner.
This series is so amazing and addictive. Can't wait to see that Outpost revealed. It already looks fantastic

When you eventually get to an end portal could you possibly set it up in mountain biome this would allow you to have igloos, snow villages, the ice spikes like you mentioned in this video. then moving along to the mountain you could start rising the heights of the build you have already created so you could add multiple underground structures(ocean monument, mines, abandoned mines, that amethyst thing, deep dark biome, ancient city, a ravine, a dungeon and more) then you could go underneath and start building a mine which stretches down to the portal structure. I know you do all of this but for the portal structure you could a. Jail cells b.library c.portal room.
I hope you see this and at least take into consideration of what my small brain has to offer
