  1. Wow I did NOT expet people to be so salty about this
I love the popping sounds and the sprites are alright! (Not my favorite the way they were shaded, but at least they shake when out of oxygen!)
And the best part of these kind of changes is just…
    You
    AREN'T
Forced to have it! An easy resource pack that removes the empty texture + sound completely reverts it back, so why complain about something completely positive for game design..?
Rethorical question, of course it's nostalgia and all that. But oh well, I still love new sounds :3

  2. Texture feels off
The bubbles still have white "shine"
When other empty segments do not have any color… also, i seen pale forest first fime and…
    Seriosly?
    Huge company
And just recolored bloody leaves, gras, etc, by lowering saturation, which does not even look that pale enough?
    Also, about creaker
    Horror theme
I bet it will be scp 173 styles that is overused

  3. How do people lose count of what's missing, there's only 10, it doesn't even matter what's missing, the dark bubbles suck, them disappearing was better, because you'd notice that you're drowning from the damage, and lack of any bubbles

  4. I think they should add a vignette effect, like with freezing. Cause a drowning person feels a frenzy of desperation to save themselves and get air asap. Thay would serve to rapidly alert the player to emerge, and this screen should gradually get stronger before you actually start to drown. Too many people drown because they didn't notice they were running out of air, occupied with other things to look at the bubbles. That would be a realistic and cool way of improving this.
