This is NOT a series called Minecraft VVSauce where I explore random features of Minecraft. Not Minecraft, but the water rises or Minecraft Manhunt but a lore based series inspired by game theory / the game theorists where I look into minecraft lore and try to answer some of the biggest unsolved mystery in the game. people talking about the ancient builders but nobody talk about how the wandering trader able to keep respawning and trying to trade with us
The wither theory is the most popular because it is the most dramatic. Also there is significant evidence for it. If you ever explore and look at the terrain you will see random holes and chunks taken out of mountain as if the wither flew through them. The reason they couldn't kill it was probably because they were scared. Compared to killing a mob the wither is SUPER dangerous. Remember these people were supposed to have lived in this world. They did not respawn and they felt pain. We have no idea how the wither's abilities affect something other than by damage. Next the wither theory does not say it wiped out the builders, it says it drove them away. Also this happened a LONG time ago so there is no telling what happened to the wither and the wither roses. The wither does not regenerate health so it may have been eventually killed by other mobs like bees.

Uh.. Why would one of the "Ancient Builders" use mossy cobblestone for the jungle temple. The moss is there to show it has been aging.
But who were the witches ?
I got a little theory here.
The wither can represent 3 Ancient Builders that were siblings. 1 older brither and 2 littke brothers. They may have likely got infected by a Wither Skeleton and forged into a evil creature.
BUT THATS JUST A THEORY

It’s pretty obvious they all died by trying to speed bridge
So I had made my own Minecraft lore full story which is 10,000 words plus and of course it couldn't be fit in the youtube comment section LOL
Tbh I don't even know if anyone sees this ut here's my thinking of what happened to the ancient builders . This also like a combination of wifies and retro gaming now's thinking
I think that the builders might have summone the wither which was very powerful and did a lot of damage to their kind but they survived and knowing the art go magic with the support of enchanting they built a huge wall of magic around a vast area of the over world or keep the wither out to us known by the 30 million block radio use barrier blocks .
After that the pillaged made the infection against the builders since get were rivals and wanted to clear them out so the virus spread and the ancient builders became the zombies . The next generation was by the villagers and the most power full villager , a librarian , son of the previous best master of magic knew a lot of magic and from this he was able to use his spells and create the iron golem to protect them . After seeing that this worked he sent the message to villages with scrolls of spells to the other libarraions to know how to summon the iron golden but It didn't reach everywhere successfully thus the existence of the abandoned villages. Tbh I don't have a good theory of the skeletons but I think they could have been out turned villagers who still thought good of the villagers so they don't attack them and they attack as as they think we are a threat.
I know this isn't a really strong and good phrased theory but it's the best I have got so I just wanted to share it. Thx if u read the whole thing <3
