In the beginning, they use the wrong ship they use the ship from episode 4, not the Clone Wars ship that looks like a star destroyer, and most of the ships probably got conquered and reused and changed a few things to make it better. Like the ship that Anakin and Asoka flow in Clone Wars, they reused that to make one of the imperial shuttles. In season 7 of the 2 Clone Wars Asoka split up so seeing Asoka and Ankin standing waiting for you to do the mission could not happen only Anikin would be there. So either Adom has to watch more of the TV shows or in the beginning he meant all of Star Wars when he said were are in star wars or something like that.
