  2. it's even crazier than just "the hackers gain access to command blocks". They can spawn items in with custom NBT tags and run commands and/or custom code by merely placing such an item on the ground. The scary thing: Most common bedrock hacked clients actually do all this for you and you can give yourself these kits with these custom items by running a client-side command. It's crazy. You can do literally anything by doing this, even injecting custom code and custom assets into someone else's server at runtime, which will then be downloaded by all the clients on the server at that time. All in literal seconds. Minecraft bedrock is a security nightmare.

  3. NRIS or the No Realm is Safe group are seriously dangerous for this event. NRIS uses CBE or Command Block Exploit hacks mostly, which allow them to execute commands on servers without op. They can do this in many ways, mostly using command block minecarts spawned in by their hack clients, moving blocks, or beehives that all do the same.

You can clearly see that the Minecraft server was not protected. Even realms can protect against most forms of CBE with a good anticheat like odin, UAC, paradox, etc.

You can see on the screen it says nuked by USSR. USSR is the greater of Scythe Anticheat, and also a big player in NRIS. He seems to keep his NRIS side more secret when dealing with regular players.

If mojang don't up their security, this is going to be a dumpster fire.

  4. Now im scared cuz I've seen that kind of hack 6 times now in other servers, the discord link, the messages, effect, and the title are so the same…. I hope Mojang can ban this kinds of hacks before the moob vote starts…

  5. SEE?! THIS IS WHAT I WAS WORRIED ABOUT! I was thinking they need security! Theres hackers! Many of my servers are hacked! Even other people! Servers getting nuked is the worst hacks of all thats what I was worried about! Mojang needs to secure it

  6. They griefed my realm! I had to replace it with a backup. But on my realm, they spawned a TON of withers and kept spamming a command title saying Troll. This really sucks and now idk who hacked it.

  7. i know someone who used to be a bedrock realms griefer, they can bypass adventure mode and visitor mode by using creative items or items that has an nbt that allows placement on a specific block. after that it just spawns a commandblock minecart and the destruction starts

  8. Just making a few things clear for anyone who doesn’t know what happened:
USSR is a well-known hacker in the bedrock community, and has been known to hack realms using CBE methods. He can do this using beehives or similar to summon a command minecart that keeps activating commands, producing the result shown in the video.
USSR owns scythe anticheat, but allegedly has left back doors in his anticheat so he can hack on realms that use his own creation. A great look for any anticheat owner.
Despite what you may think, USSR did not execute the hack himself- one of his lackeys from the NRIS server did it, who goes by the name of Milk. His name is just the most prevalent in the community, and was already loaded into the command blocks.
The reason he did this is not to destroy the mob vote. It could have been a server for anything, really. He just enjoys ruining other people’s games.

These hacks seem impossible to stop, but using addons/script API, a ton of measures can be taken to prevent this from happening. It’s not foolproof though- what the community needs is server-side inventories. The only reason hackers can give themselves overpowered items like 32k gear & CBE tools is because inventories are run on the client side of things to help performance, but if they were made server-side, then hackers would be powerless in that aspect. It’s a simple fix, and it’s astounding Mojang hasn’t addressed it yet.

Although this whole ordeal seems terrible, it may be good in the long run. Getting Mojang to confront the long standing issues with realm & servers being hacked will be hugely beneficial, and will better the multiplayer experience for all.
