The easiest way to stop mob spawn
Just make your world peaceful
only using elytra is the cause of your deaths

you didn't mmention that:
1. If wither could took damage, there will be a mess end 70 withers around you
2. If you play in multiplayer, you need 70 withers for every player
3. You've made chunk loader one chunk to close to withers. It should be 2 chunks away from chunk loader in non entiti prosesing area aka redstone prosesing area. Because if there are in entit iprosesing area, there are making lag and mob switch would work normaly if it would be in non entiti prosesing area. In that area ai of mobs is turned off so they aren't making lag but there are counted in mob cap. Ps. Sory for my english. Ik i can't write.

We can easily create copper farm with drowned build a drowned farm and kill them because now drowned drop no more gold drops only copper ingot it is easy to build
