What if the mob vote this year was three different mobs for the End? Or a biome vote for which biome is added to the End first? That would be interesting!
Although, I'm calling it now; if there is a mob vote this year, the comments of the mob "trailer" videos, and the comments during Minecraft Live will again be full of "STOP THE MOB VOTE!"
One thing to with the potato dimension, I'm pretty sure it was meant to be a reference to the aether mod. The main thing that solidifies this for me is the fact that when you fall in the void in the potato dimension you are just teleported high up in the overworld, just like how it worked in the aether.
Awesome end update video. The ender cup i fell like its was really big hint for the end update because it was the minecraft championship. Thay could of choose any theme to do with minecraft for the minecraft championships but thay choose the ender cup🤔
Just think about adding shulker shells to our armor to give it slight feather falling and a bit more protection
It would help if people wouldn't make videos about an end update. Mojang does their best to surprise the community with updates.

Hot take : i think mojang is not giving us end update bcz it is actually THE END of the game i think they dont want end to give a update because it was only made for ending the game so if it is ending a game why would it has more things? Yea there is elytra but idk its just a hot take by me that i thought yesterday at 3 am when i couldnt sleep 💀
1.9 was the first "End Update", 4 years later comes the Nether Update.
Now we're talking about 1.22, exactly 4 years after the first Nether Update
Honestly Minecraft needs a big update to bounce back. It’s still relevant but not as much as it was last year.

Have a problem with the end update because it’s over shadowing many other updates. Like the other biomes, combat and hunger mechanics.
Well, they hired the Aether dev in 2019 and we still havent seen anything come from that… 4 years.

Also, fix dungeons. Just make them better and varied. The new dungeons make the old ones look bad. Literally, it'd take just one guy building a few new structures, maybe some features but not necessarily. Like in Hades, and in Minecraft mods, you can make each a little unique just by structures, for instance having a skeleton on a perch or something. Though that would actually be a new feature, and maybe waves instead of rushing to torch up the spawner would be interesting.
If they don't make an end update either this or next year, after the cinematic of the ender cup, we can know for suire someone at Mojang just loves the taste of players tears
Tbh, i hope Mojang tries to keep the "desolate" vibe the end has. Right now, it just feels empty due to laziness. But if they do add stuff to the end, i hope they'll put some effort towards keeping that lonely vibe.
