The fact that everything they showed off is now in the game (in snapshot form at least) might be a pretty good sign for us getting more features in this update
The fact that every feature that was announced at Minecraft live was added in the first snapshot means that we will definitely be getting a lot more content for this update. Can’t wait to see what’s more to come.
I think the idea is that the planning theme is working on the end update, while the dev team is doing this update with smaller scope features

Mojang could definitely add jungle villages / treehouses to minecraft with the new bamboo wood
Mojang just announced that minor updates like 1.20.2 will actually include content now. Excited to see where that goes (since lets be honest certain areas of the game have a bad lack of content), though that is not going to be good for Modded players.
you know I think in a future update(or maybe even this one if microsoft can get's it butt up) bookshelves(of any kind) Can be used for enchanting tables

Why would the raft have different mechanics? Thought it was obvious that it was just a boat with some new visual flair.
I figured that would be the recipe for Hanging Signs, which is going to be a pain in the ass. Crafting Chains requires Iron Nuggets and Iron Ingots, so there is already a couple of steps in crafting those, but have to set Logs down to strip them and then re-mine them to use Stripped Logs in the recipe is even more steps that you have to go through before you even get around to crafting. At least you get 6 Hanging Signs for your trouble.
Might add a jungle village on my main surival world in 1.20
They should make the raft able to carry large mobs like horses and camels

Finally, the bundle is back. Caves and Cliffs part 3 confirmed. Also, unchiseled bookshelves being the only way to power enchanting tables does bring up the question of what they are considering we have bookshelves you can actually put books in now. Perhaps the regular one is made in such a way it has magical properties. Sort of like how I have this theory beds don't actually move time forward but just move the moon and sun around since stuff you put in an oven doesn't finish smelting whence skipping the night.
