From my understanding, the features list is small to avoid mistakes of previous years of announcing features that would take years or would never make it into the game. I think more 1.20 features will be announced later.
Wish they remodeled the old Xbox 360 skins to make them look plastic’y like that so we could have poll vaulting Steve back
The ancient update
I wonder what ever happened to archeology and bundles. They’ve kept quiet about that and I really am hoping that since the sniffer is an ancient mob, they didn’t know who would win so they were quiet about that but the sniffer won so maybe archeology WILL come after all. That’s just my thought so please reply
The Sniffer is the only mob that has 6 legs.
I think 1.20 will be The Tropical Update because they added the tropical features such as bamboo wood, rafts, and camels.

In my opinion all mobs were very bad i just voted for the sniffer because i have a little hope that the plants makes it worth it

Question, if I keep my old world and just update it to 1.20, will my old deserts spawn camels?
I love the bamboo raft! (It brings my childhood back as an island Filipino kid) I have a suggestion though, it would be awesome if they made the raft bigger, good for three people to ride on. Growing up, we have bamboo primitive rafts and it can carry upto five people.
The bookshelf is also the best idea! As a builder I got a lot of use for them, especially it's fuctional!
Jungle and desert update
Minecraft should add like where i would like to place the book like if it's totally empty and i wanna add a book to bottom middle i should be able to do that by just aiming there it would be cool and secondly we should be able to add banners to rafts
If we're getting bamboo wood does that mean there's a strong possibility of a jungle village coming in the future? Cause if so, I'm down for that.

Desert is supposed to be boring, but camels are a nice touch… I wish they added palm trees and small oases there too..

They answered my request for bamboo blocks, but not my request for waxed paper windows and sliding doors to go with them.
I am still waiting for a single-block version of Dark Oak tree that drops walnuts and creates podzol at the base. Walnut trees, walnuts, and shelled walnuts. Walnuts could be planted on mud blocks like a sapling, or shelled to make food. I think there should be a vegan food source that is on par with cooked meat.
