I plan on streaming this evening – Hopefully we can have a game of the Hermitcraft TCG? http://www.twitch.tv/xisuma – Please follow me 🙂 Thanks!
Now we only need bundles and the caves and cliffs update will be finally complete
I felt like I was the only person that was sad about archaeology not releasing in caves and cliffs, but this makes me hyped!
I want to be able to break the pottery with a sword and have it drop xp or somethin
they should add more PAINTINGS in this update.
Honestly I'm hoping archeology leads into the warden and the city. (maybe even learning about the warden portal?)
Honestly it's hilarious when people are shitting on this update and archaeology when neither of them are finished at all yet
İt would be cool if setting pots in different rotation combinations could affect the redstone, it would be really cool For escape maps
ngl seems pointless besides for looks
I'd like to title this update the "Identity" update. first, sounds cool, second its about inclusion and expression and finding your story.
There were no “dig site structures” that was all built by the player and better stay that way
It would be cool if you could dye the patterns on the side of the pots, or maybe put a torch inside to make the patterns glow too
The harvest tool for pots should be a sword
The new pots look more in-line with Minecraft, but MAN are they an overall downgrade from the original version.
Perusing
Pots which are purely decorative, even highly customizable ones, don't interest me a huge amount. But, if pots have some kind of functional purpose (holding water/fluid like a cauldron, holding items, etc then I would be significantly more interested. Time will tell on these features.
I still would have liked a copper golem to display my smaller pots.
Stupid mob vote and the allay…
At this point, we need a mod that places archaeological stuff exactly where you are gonna build your underground minecart system
Its disappointing that we're getting a caves and cliffs part 4
I like the new pot art style better, but I can't help but be saddened by the reduction of stuff you can put on the pots.
I think rather than putting pots in desert temples and villages, it would be better to introduce them to mesa biome, pehaps adding a structure or a temple in that biome. It would give mesa a structure and something worth exploring it or even staying inside of it. It usually has no purpose except excavating it for terracota. The pot theme and archeology goes well with badlands too!
POT IS SHIT I LIKED OLD ON MORE
I'm still not sold on the archaeology. I'll have to see how it works.
1.20: Caves & Cliffs Update Part IV
Ah yes
Caves and Cliffs part IV
I think it's really interesting that one of the sides of the pottery is very clearly supposed to be a cut diamond, but the diamonds in minecraft have never looked like that.
i think there should be customisable flags like better banners to express yourself like the theme
I really hop the pots are similar to in the initial version, those little pictures are so cute but the ones in the recent version just look kinda lame
when the sand is sus
Is it in bedrock?
I think the Mojang need to hire some lore writer who will expand lore of mc put some myths like herobrine and entitty entity 303 make bosses out of them add some quest and its add another layer to the perfect game it is
Why do people like the look of these pots more now? The pots no longer tell a story, it's just 4 stupid images, you don't even have as many choices as you did before. Alright wow you can probably use them as building blocks or pillars. Wow so cool. Sure the art style on the old pots wasn't anything special but i think it was miles better and much more customizable than whatever the hell this is
Hi Xiuma! After some early years of Mumbo, You were my goto minecrafter, if I had ANY questions.
Minecraft and also Hermitcraft became the best of it's kind. You can downplay it, but You had great part in both.
Thank You for all of that! GLHF!
I purchased Minecraft in 2016, and also in 2019 I decided that I will never ever make a microsoft account. I think I have the right. Also Im not the kind who respond well when threatened.
Im going to use an offline version that I saved up for this event, so I wont need patchnotes to make me angry 🙂
I just want shaders/rtx, and a sideways stairs and slab. they won’t even give me one
Suspicious sand reminds me of quicksand, which I wish was added
I wasn't sold on archeology at first but this news has me hyped! I hope we'll be able to stain and glaze the terracotta pots like we can with the blocks. 😀
I couldn’t be less interested
At this point I'm expecting Desert to be the next biome to be upgraded. They've added camels and now the archeology.
I'm hoping for suspicious grass, dirt, gravel too and a lot of various dig sites.
Also hoping there's plenty of different shards to find (more than just the 4 shown).
I hope pots are effected by gravity and shatter when they fall just to be obnoxious
Clay pots. The 1.20 update is about clay pots. Color me disappointed.
X, your video back in 2022 about 1.20 "should be" about inventory management stands as correct.
I get the feeling that Suspicious sand is going to act like powdered snow given the phrase tread carefully.
If these pots don't shatter when you hit it with a sword…
