This is the first I'm hearing of the non-Nether fossils. What a great surprise, just hope they're not mythically rare to come across. Great to know ahead of time to keep digging around for a ways, to get all the diamonds possible. That's kind of been what I've seen in snapshots generally, is that diamonds are (rightfully) more like coal blocks now, vs. always neatly stacked. Gotta look around to be sure an extra isn't touching by a corner instead of a side, and staying hidden.
Wonderfully informative video Cub! Update videos are a dime a dozen right now, but this was both extremely thorough and concise. There was a lot of good information and the video clips were so well prepared. Having the time stamps be clickable and present throughout the video was helpful, and the agenda bit at the beginning was also useful. Just everything about this was tremendously well done. 🙂

May I suggest brightening up the thumbnail screenshots (way too dark) and perhaps changing out the font to one that does not look like one you used in your videos 10 years ago? This video does not stand out.

I'm kinda gonna miss the old caves, was just so easy and convenient except for ravines, but now all the caves are gonna be as big as ravines. Thank goodness i found plenty of bamboo for making scaffolding. Should make mining the walls and ceilings easier
