If u get the hero of the village effect, and go near the non working Villagers or maybe both working or not they will give u a gift like arrow, chain helmet or armor and sometimes u need to go near them or sometimes they will go near you and sometimes they just drop the gift on the floor and sometimes on houses and I think the golem gives u poppy but it might not give you poppy coz I think golem just gives poppy the baby villagers and not the player
