u should make a time slowing machine (basiclly a lag machine) like sb737 and he only used 3 elytras and a few stacks rockets so u no need to gather the things at the beginning

build a slime farm lock
You could have used the way sb737 used by using a lag farm and with that lag farm you would have used a lot less elytras and firework rockets. You could have also brought a banner as your flag and put it on the world border
