  1. Pete's tavern is owned by Pete Shonders, a grizzled veteran who lost his younger brother in the war they both fought in. He is always drinking After the bar is closed.
The library should be expansive on the inside Full of books containing Tails and history of the region, Skills and trades, and maybe a restricted section filled with books about ancient magic that only a few can axes, possible because they wouldn't want to destroy said Books. Think The Lost Library of Cagliostro

  2. Over the walls of the main. Main street is one of the most populated area around. With the Funky fresh Tailor(you can always use a different name), people would get clothes fitted to them to help with exploring or with Riches of the city. Heading through town passing the flower beds you see the Astrila(like i said for the tailor) bell tower. The Cakes and Bakes Bakery, with the Pots of Lots, people chatting, helping out, just a great place to be.

Yeah sorry if this doesnt make any sense AT ALL- I would write a whole story here in the comments but I need to plan it out. And everyone can help with it and change it up. Also the names can be changed. I was just using it as a place holder. 😅

  3. I got ridiculously excited about the hanging signs in 1.20. My nephew (7) was so excited to take part in his first mob vote but his little face dropped when he found out he'd have to wait until 2023 to play the new update. 🤣 Bless his socks lol!

  5. I love these videos, I get so much inspiration from watching you build stuff and detail them out – as a learner builder it really helps!

Maybe use famous characters from fairytale, fantasy stories, mythology and folklore to be the city dwellers? Perhaps some huge natural disaster (or wizard's evil curse) has destroyed all of their home worlds and they turned to Master Builder Sir fWhip to create them a new, safe home. If you wanted to go really nuts you could create an enchanted forest section with fairy groves and cracked old towers hidden in the woods, add elements of gobland in an area for the underground dwellers like goblins and orcs etc, do a huge version of your beanstalk you made for Jack in X-life ‐ that sort of stuff is all over myths and folklore so you'd have tons of inspiration!

  6. later on you should make an arena gladiator style, an area for jousting, or for horse drawn/mule/donkey drawn races so the people in the city have some entertainment. also a theatre for plays or opera

  7. Have you considered doing a black market area? No clue what would be sold there, but there could be so many interesting stories to be told in a more "lawless" area of the city (plus it would break up some of the monotony of planning the rest of the area, and allow you to break out a different color palette)

  8. The location of this city underneath the massive tree reminds me a lot of Leyndell from Elden Ring, maybe adding a palace of sorts around the roots of the giant tree would look cool? It'd definitely help with lore
