I've just gotten this idea, since blaze rods can be used as fuel, and you can smelt gold swords for gold nuggets, why don't you increase the gold yield by making a mini super smelter for the gold swords. That way, you can almost double your gold yield from the blaze rod farm and make use of those hundreds of thousands of blaze rods too.
