You should build 4 giant snowgolems (build them, not when you want to make a snow golem) for each corner of the wall. You could make snowgolems inside the pumpkin heads and open the eyes so they shoot snowballs out the eyes.

keep the beacon white or make it like a cyanish blue so it can match the theme
I like the wall but try adding like spuce wood in corner or something but add some other block to make it look better
