Use the boosted brightness mod, this allows you to get ur light 1200
in the recent updates they made it so that diamonds have a lower chance to spawn exposed to air, meaning you wont find as many veins in caves and the ones you do find are smaller. the best way to find diamonds is to go to a water cave anywhere below Y 12 and look there since diamonds arent exposed to air in those caves.
Villager city idea- build a giant city in the desert and have the villager trading hall be a giant temple in the middle and you can have the villager breeder look like the Trojan horse

Paul, I found glitch in minecraft where if you fill your invintory with sticks and go to a fletcher and spam space and click the emrelds you will be able to bypass the daily emrelds. I would love to be the sugarcane farm!
