  1. If possible make it efficient build a guardian farm and a slime farm using the slime chunk and for the build itself it sounds weird but you could turn it into like a void by digging some layers and covering with obsidian or some black block and make an end island underneath the monument to hold it and upgrade the monument however you like I think prismarine actually fits the end like the color of ender pearls and eye of enders
Edit: you just never turned anything into the end

  2. I’m not an expert but the sponge takes water from all sides, doesn’t it? So instead of putting the sponge on the walls, why not put it in the middle of the section that way it gets water from all around.

  3. I think you could make a custom water theme around the temple, with a lot of custom corals and blue carpet as water, then inside the temple you could make a guardian farm. Then you coul leave the temple as it is.

  4. I did this on a server without the glass, if you flatten the ground around the monument then dig out another one block deep circle right inside your sand circle you can then remove the sand and have walls of water that you can swim in and out of.

  5. Tbh, it looks a bit like the pyramid from 'indiana jones and the kingdom of the crystal skull', which was in the jungle, so I think that would look spot on 😉 (except for it to not have killer zombie monkeys, but slimes & guardians instead 😉 )
