For the bunny:

You could name your pickaxe Sairina Ondopelet, which is magic pickaxe in Quenya Elvish. Since it was enchanted with magical abilities. Also a lot of mages can speak elvish, so it would be cool to tie that into the lore.

Not for the awesome tower but for the mountains. You could build something at the very top and name it Sausage Point

For your magic school, you should add in floating islands that can be linked to the bridges.
Maybe you could call the pickaxe, myspic goes well with the mythicalsausage and me as mystic 😆
You should make a temple for magical stuffs like portal or something. Also something like fountain in the middle
If you ever get a better xp farm you should transform the spawner into a magic room where you can practice Manifestation or Genesis or what you want to call it. Practice the craft of creating spiders from nothing

suggestion for your emerald problem: maybe you could build a woolfarm and a trading hall with shepherds, who would buy the wool? the wool is passively generated in your farm and i think the villagers take 4 different colours of wool – the brown, the white, the black and the (i think) light gray wool..
normally everybody would go for an iron farm, and make a blacksmith with a toolsmith / armorer / and weaponsmith tradinghall – to trade the generated iron for emeralds but hmm.. thats so standard.. the shephard idea is different – maybe this inspires you 🙂

I think the schools are really good idea and I think you could put like pillagers on the evil side and villagers on the good side and it would be like a rivalry between them
