Show how to make it not show the layout
for the forward-facing coral build the tnt explodes upon contact with the rail detector/minecart, it doesn't load and wait for another input like it does in your video.
you never actually construct the minecart portion so maybe I'm missing something?
i try in mcpe and isnt work, i think is because the rail is actived when i put the cart '-'
Can you confirm you did make it in 1.16.4. I made all of these and when activated so far all tnt has instantly detached itself instead of duplicating.

@Marv5999 had a solution that fixed it in 1.16.4 for me on a multiplayer Java server:
To fix it you have to change in the paper.yml file allow-piston-duplication from false to true.

Tried to make #4 and copied it block by block but whenever the TNT is supposed to be quplicated, the TNT drops and the dead coral breaks. I am on a multiplayer world on Java 1.16.5. Is there something i’m doing wrong?
it works on java editon but not on bedrock
It doesn't work for me, the TNT instantly activates when placing either it or the Minecart. I've tried 4 and 5.
I am doing this in 1.16.5 and this just pushing not duping

for the one at 9:20 place the tnt under the wall when the piston is retracted so you don't have to place the rail like you do
