Looking back at the history of video games makes us all very nostalgic. In the retro days, video games were a very pixelated and flat medium, evolving to an incredibly cinematic and immersive experience today. We at Game Evolutions have a great passion for video games of many different genres, that is how Game Evolutions came to life. All our popular “Evolution of…” video shows the huge progress video games have undergone and the industry is growing year by year. A video from us takes 25+ hours to produce. We put significant time into researching, looking in the archives, recording, and finally editing. Our goal is to give you as high-quality content as possible as consistently as possible.

  2. I miss 2015…

I was in 2nd grade, almost a decade ago I used to play Minecraft in my mom's old computer

around that time we stopped playing because the game broke

and it was such a shock to learn about the updates afterwards I've never seen like the 2016 evokers and shields and elytra and fireworks all that insane stuff

it was like I was completely blind to the world of minecraft once I stopped playing it

and you know what's the funniest part? my greatest achievement back in the day before the game broke was creating an iron sword

I still remember how me and my older sister as kids freaked out like some silly Youtubers reacting to a horror game, how we used our old house for safety when we were running from monsters lost in the dark

and how I felt like a genious remembering the recepies for the crafting table…

"how do I craft this again? oh oh oh oh" yep I remembered that… haha..

    either way it's a great game… I miss it

  3. I first played 1.2.5 and then I played 1.5.2 for a very long time, I didnt like anything they have added after but those versions were so atmospheric that I doubt people needed anything on top of it

and also playing hunger games and pvp servers was amazing lol it took like 2 years

  4. I like alotta the new stuff in modern Minecraft, 2023.

But, I do miss the old days, specifically the Beta days…
Back then, even the most basic things were new to us, and we were SO fascinated by it.
I remember how each and every small, tiny update throughout the entire "Beta phase" was so hyped.

I think "Beta 1.8 & 1.9" is where Minecraft REALLY started to change forever. Which would eventually steer the game to what it is now.

Seeing this video is so nostalgic. 🥲
