Not trying to be rude but you need to increase your bitrate. The video looks pretty bad in some parts. If you look at my video titled "i almost died" you can see it looks almost blurry when I'm running just like in your video. Then if you watch my newest mc video you can see that it's not blurry like before and that's because of the bitrate. Try about a 5000 kbps bitrate for 1080p.

It is fake because in the real speedrun, that chest must have more enchanted netherite armor, and next to it there will be a command block that teleport you to the stronghold
