Optifine is banned from speedruns, as well as zooming, thats why sodium lacks this option

I have (atum, fast-reset, forceport, lazystronghold, lithium, sodium, sleepbackground, speedrunigt, standardsettings, starlight, worldpreview) this mods and whenever I load new world my graphics settings resets I don't know how to fix it. Some guy helped me with this set up I really Im confused about the state of graphics settings. Any help would be appreciated.
Is it possible to have two keybinds for one hotbar slot? For example hotbar slot 6 would activate from pressing either 6 or R.
