I’m no game dev or anything near but I would imagine the update is still mostly in progress and not entirely near done. I say this due to the fixing of bugs because I would imagine you’d have to fix the bugs first to ensure nothing in the update relys on the bug, for example if the lush cave only had a chance of spawn if there was a grass block under a certain y level and there was a bug effecting grass blocks. Then removing that bug can probably highly effect the whole lush caves part of the update so after fixing the bugs they have to fine tune the update again just a bit more then play test some more to see if any new bugs generated and so fourth
