I think the placement of the glowstone is awkward on both, especially since it's a wall sample, you'd be better off hiding it under the inner greenery, also, the birch trapdoor stand out a bit too much, and the leaves and birch don't match the nether brick, maybe try spruce leaves and a darker wood
Both are kinda expensive
My favourite wall design has bricks sandstone stairs and birch leaves. They look well together.
I prefer the nether brick
