I've found a pretty freaky looking mountain in my 1.16 world, which is where I moved my base on to. With elytra, there's so many cool overhangs and gaps and cliffs to glide through, it's a blast. I felt bad about having to start over, so I get to see the caves in 1.17, but if awesome mountains are going to be a thing, I'm happy.
