They already said that they're doing grimstone ores- jordan didn't predict this one
Bro your sponsor is cool
It do be looking more like Terraria doe
Wonder if Minecraft would benefit from taking a page out of Terraria's playbook where lower Y levels would lead to different/more difficult underground sub biomes. As you go deeper underground, you shift from caves to caverns with beefier zombies, spiders and skeletons or new mobs entirely. Wouldn't be too farfetched since they are doing it for grimstone and the watcher.
Got me thinking of ways to add more progression systems like new and sturdier ores generating below 0 that you need a Netherite pick to mine or tying tiers of ore to boss kills. Maybe using nether stars or the dragon egg to upgrade the enchanting table to give new enchantments (ones that you would need on a netherite pick to mine a higher tier ore for example). Might be a bit too ambitious or a bit too similar to Terraria for a vanilla update though (there's irony in there somewhere). I'm sure there are tons of mods like that already but it would be nice to see some more in depth progression in vanilla.

Hot an idea, Warden nests, basically big spherical deep dark caves where wardens spawn the most
Did anyone notice that the new gold ore texture matches with the Nether Gold Ore texture?
This looks hella cool.
What about mineshafts and strongholds?
Noice 69 dislikes, but I liked the video
I agree with the stone texture of these ores, what if the stone’s adapt to depth like water to a biome? Like in a swamp it turns green, no matter the depth while in a cold biome its just casually blue.
''Buried'' it means that the ore is not exposed, you won't find it sticking out the wall.
This is the same trick used for ''Ancient Debris'' in the Nether.
No more gravel pockets 🙏🏾
A frogge biþ a smal beaste wiþ foure leggys, whyche liueþ booþ in watyre and on londe. It is broune or grene or yelowe; or be it tropyckal, he may haue dyuers coloures, and liue in treys. I think the buried lapis might be to do with Archaeology. where you can find blocks in gravel in that y level
Yummy
Smp earth level caves here
I'd like to see every amplified hills topped with pure emerald like cake frosting.
When is the full update coming out to console
Are they going to update the mineshaft to fit the width and height of the new caves?
