This is nothing to do with your tier list but this is my opinion on which is the hardest
2 sections 1 winner for each section 2 winners overall (one for console/pc one for mobile)
Section one is falling clutches like water
Section two is block clutches
Section one: Water clutch/berries/haybale/slime/honey to land on: requires decent enough timing spamming most likely is bad, timing is way better
Boat clutch (falling placing and getting inside): Bedrock edition: Mobile: Placing is easy getting inside with tapping and holding is impossible, using the button to get in is possible probably Console/pc: Easy to do but harder depending on falling speed because you need to fall and ride it before the boat decides to make you land on something
Ladder clutch: Requires good angle of camera and movement to climb it because you cant just place it because it has a hitbox
Vine clutch: Same as ladder but no hitbox which makes it way easier
Honey as a ladder: Very hard requiring good movement and positioning to not fall on top
Entity clutches like horse clutch:
Disclaimer for this: 100% Harder for mobile
Horse/lama: Second easiest out of the entity clutches because it has the highest hitbox
Strider clutch: Easier than horse clutch because they most likely are above lava and the lava gives you more time to ride it unless it needs a saddle its a bit harder since you need to press twice to ride it
Pig clutch: Hardest out of them all because pig has the lowest hitbox obviously harder without saddle
Section two:
This one i have to go pretty in depth
Falling block clutch to not fall onto the void or something: Angle is the hardest thing
The same as the top but you have to extend that by one or more: The more required the more aiming and faster placing required which makes it way harder than one block
Extension (placing blocks to not get hit off):
Depends on kb (knockback=kb)
If its knockback item kb requires drag click (not explaining srry) because you need to place blocks very fast (example: go watch telly but this guy makes good content not an ad for telly i promise)
