Actually Y level 16 is still the best Place to mine diamonds
you CAN of course compact your ores into blocks, so there's that too, but I suppose keeping them as ores is simpler…but now you gotta mine them twice. Also deepslate cobble is the more useful form anyway. so I think I would still go for fortune III and use it in caving; just bring a crafting bench, and craft up your ores into blocks to safe space.

FOr the lime dye one, I agree that seapickles are a good option, ut if you hvae a simple iron farm and catus farm you can compost the poppys and get unliminted lime dye and you getfree exp from the smelting

Actually, a fortune pickaxe is much more useful for compacting raw ores than a silk touch pickaxe. After mining an iron vein, take your raw iron in a crafting table and make raw iron blocks, which compacts 9 raw iron into 1 block. You can then decompact them once your back from mining. This way you can go on much longer mining expeditions without filling up your inventory and you know exactly how many blocks of iron you got too.

Absolutely DO NOT use a trident for harvesting chorus flowers. The trident is one of the hardest to get items in the game, and if it falls in the void… which may be a concern in THE END, its gone forever
