The newest Minecraft 1.17 Caves and Cliffs Update snapshot released today, notably including the Sculk Sensor. Sculk Sensors detect the vibrations of actions done around them, whether that be the player moving, placing blocks, or opening chests. The sensors then give off redstone pulses, which can be used to power wireless redstone contraptions. Or, you can block your vibrations from the sensors by simply using wool.   29. Number 15: Iโ€™m to at ally gonna make a door that opens when approach, because right now, tripwire hooks need a whole in the wall so people can see it, but with skulk sensors, you can just walk right up and itโ€™ll open.

  34. 4:40 The Sculk sensors dont activate each other, each one of the Sculk sensors that are activated are reacting to the same snowball, what you see is the distance a Sculk sensor can detect vibrations.
