Personally, I like watching you figure it out rather than pre-planning things in creative. Listening to your thought process is soothing and I throw your videos on to calm my brain down. I like the casual, talkative content.
Your ships-boats have to have a plank, yes villagers can and will walk the plank. Don't think you can keelhaul them in minecraft, but its worth a try. Actually I think in 1.21 you can use a lead on villagers so who knows. If your into cloning you could salvage the sunken ship and reuse it somewhere.
I enjoy the mix of time-lapse and watching you build. I would probably say I enjoy the length 2-3+ hr videos for minecraft because I use them as comfot videos, listen to your voice as I do chores and others.
Thanks!
A sideline quest. You will be able to fit 2 of every entity into that ship (Ark) with space to spare. You can put unbreaking on shears that's it. There's probably a mod. The mast building was stressful, if I put socks on i get vertigo. Three bits of copper lightning rod would be a small price to pay to insure that build from fire.
I really enjoy watching you test everything you do instead of figuring it out off screen. I think it helps me, and probably other people, understand how everything works better than just watching you do it 😀
A glorious day!!!! love from 🇦🇺🦘
Wohooo cant wait to watch it❤
Thanks!
I like watching you work through and figure out builds because it also leads as a learning point for me too. I supose if too many people don't like it you could live stream yourself working out builds in creative? You mentioned in the last video playing around with the idea of streaming
@LegionVee I would love to know which podcasts you listen or even which audiobooks you recommend if they are sci-fi that is even better. I need more books to listen too. 😉
I love the trial and error and the “screw ups,” personally! Makes it feel more real and less just like a tutorial which I appreciate. I also love the Bo Burnham reference in there 😉
i'm on 0:52 and you've already made my day – well done sir, I mean Cezar 🙂
You should add some sleeping quarters and a prison cell to the ship
‘I have no memory of this place’
Please beware of balrogs
You could place the lights under the trap doors you have on the masts to light up the sails
i prefer the "screw ups" as you call it. makes the videos that much more enjoyable.
When you name them you should throw a potion at them as a makeshift wine bottle. Also love that you went through the effort to make scaffolding in the first part and proceeded to pillar up the rest of the video 😂
Loooove your videos! And the style of mixing with timelapse with facts and just following your steps🤩 and love your style of building! 🫶🏼
44:51 – was that a little Welcome To The Internet reference I spied there?
I discovered your channel by pure happenstance on the 18th and I've binged every single one of your videos in the week and a half since then; I was just getting sad yesterday that I was almost out of videos to watch when you posted this and my excitement was PROFOUND. But now I'm sad that I'm DEFINITELY out of content for at least a couple weeks. Thanks for all of the laughs, and I hope they keep coming!
Please make a netherite backpack so it matches the rest of your armor
That banger while watching the sheep hit hard bro. HAHAHAHA.
Oh and I like the videos the way they are but if you want to go faster on parts go ahead. I believe your videos will be awesome.
The bottom sail would be cool with a different color wool with S.P.Q.R. Or the ships symbol.
First ship. Gigantus.
Second ship. The Barca.
i hate this i allways get 3000000h minecraft videos
you could name the big ship Cloudy – it has lots of white color and is so big it touches the clouds 😊
Ancient Rome warship tutorial. this might help with your ship work. https://youtu.be/cW2TCOZZ9zY?si=Zoa51BNGhI-wcx3P
and yes the big pole is called a mast. i owned a sailboat for years. and as soon as you got tongue tied, i could not think of what a mast was called. thank for messing with my head.
You could build an auto sheep shearing farm in the retaining wall, all 16 colours. They have a relatively small footprint, and the drops can all be hoppered down to the ground level.
You have to break the chorus flower blocks to collect and then plant them. I use my bow to pop the flowers then just cut down the tree and collect.
a cartography table would be nice in the captains quarters to map out where they need to go on voyages!
Before I joined the legion I had significantly fewer free leads.
Love your vids, have a coffee or something 🎉
Polly the parrot !
Pontius Pilate
Maybe you could try and add the SPQR official roman flag to the sails or somewhere on the base (although it could be quite tricky as its not an easy design!)
Hi Legion love all your vids. One thing in your big ship you forget the crew quarters below deck
We want to learn with you 😀
I really enjoy watching you try different things and figuring out works and what doesn't. The rambling commentary is enjoyable and one of the reasons I watch. 😊 I suggest Salacia for the name of the large ship. I can't wait to see the next video!!
Like to see you while you're figuring it out and winging it cause it's a good insight into your train of thought while building which inspires/teaches me and others(who just started Minecraft)! Keep the screwups/tries/brainstorming in your please!
Those are some impressive ships Legion! Very imposing and detailed. I have never built ships either cuz it deems so daunting, way to go!
ROMULUS AND REMUS for the ship names. Or at least Romulus for the big one haha I think Remus deserves an honorary boat even if he did end up getting skewered. All roads lead to Rome… no, All WIND leads to Rome
HAHA I do love the chaos of seeing you make something from scratch and figuring it out. Sometimes I want to shout at the screen to help you, but that is all part of the fun. I could also watch you build stuff for hours, I am one of those people too. I really like the conversational aspect of the video and when you show your thinking process.
"why is it always creepers?" you sounded like Ron Weasley "why spiders? why not follow the butterflies?" hahah
oh my goodness, i want to live at your mega sheep farm O.O
stellar video 😄😄
love the conversational parts as well rather than the quicker moving type editing
For the sheep farm, just make a chunk loader, and for the other farm too
You should name the big Roman Ship, Roman Penteconter ll.
You could move some villagers on the ship as "crew." It would bring the shop to life.
I enjoy seeing your thought process when doing builds as it helps us learn. I also love the boat… I mean SHIP! Keep up the great work!
Im a big fan of ur videos, however just a suggestion try making the aft(back end) of the ship squared slightly the back ends of boats are wider. Thank you for making amazing content however I love it
Correct me if I’m wrong Legion, but I believe the longest running currency in Rome, was the “Silver Denarius”, a single Silver Denarius would be equivalent to 43.50 in today’s U.S. dollar.
