  1. well, kinda
so the world goes on for 20 million blocks in all directions, and that only gives you 128 strongholds exactly. no more no less.
and you obviously get 12 end portal frames pre stronghold. simple math, is 1536 end portal frames in a world, and since the world is almost endless, there is a bigger chance of more than 1536 deep slate emeralds.

  2. Still wrong. Its the bubble column block in Bedrock Edition. You have to first play Bedrock Edition, then join a Realm. Get a Lantern, Soul Sand, Water Bucket and a Silk Touch Pickaxe. Then break a 1×2 hole and put the soul sand then water on top and then the lantern. Mine the lantern and do that process a few times. Boom you now have a Bubble Column Block. NOTE: This only works on a Bedrock REALM, doesnt work on a normal world
