Best choice for the most inescapable trap is a bedrock hole he can’t escape out with nothing but food to keep him alive and the hole would be 2-3 blocks deep of bedrock to keep him in and then he would be stuck there forever as long as his food dispenser and redstone for it and other blocks are out of reach.
